Residents of Oyo state have been warned against the practice of disposition of waste indiscriminately. The warning came from the Commander of Man O' War in Oyo State, Alh. Yekeen Lukman while supervising the operatives of the organisation in Iseyin Local Government of the state. Men of Iseyin Area Command of Man O' War had to took it upon themselves to clear a huge pile of waste in front of the Central Mosque Iseyin on Saturday, 24th June 2023. While commending his men for the selfless service, he reiterated that henceforth, anyone caught dumping refuse illegally will be arrested and handed over to the authorities for prosecution. Commander Lukman stated that this action is one of the ways the Man O' War organisation in Oyo State is keying-in to the Omitutun 2.0 agenda of the Governor Seyi Makinde's-led administration. Luck ran out for two thieves on Saturday, 13th June 2023 as they were apprehended during the burglary of the office of Muslim Grammar School Principal at Ibadan. Officers of Man O’ War Nigeria, Oluyole Area Command had received a tip from the public about the activities of men of the underworld around the school environment and consequently laid an ambush on the unsuspecting felons. The robbers took to their heels on sighting the Man O’ War officers but were soon caught up with and arrested.  The Man O' War organisation in Oyo State, ably led by the State Commander, Alh. Yekeen Lukman has congratulated Rt. Hon. Adebo Ogundoyin on his re-election by his peers as Speaker of the Oyo State House of Assembly. His words were delivered by a delegation led by the Zonal head of the organisation in Ibarapa Zone. Ogundoyin  The Commander appreciated the contributions of the honourable Speaker towards the development of youths in Oyo state by facilitating the enactment of laws that ensures the economic development of the state, thereby reducing youth employment and youth restlessness. Ogundoyin as a role model for all youths in the state and in Nigeria at large and promised the support of Man O' War Nigeria to the legislative agenda of the State Assembly in making Oyo State better.

Students have been advised to appreciate the efforts of their parents and the Oyo State government in providing them formal education by staying at school during school hours. This was the submission of the Area Commander of Man O' War organisation in Oluyole Local Government, DSM Adole David. He made the submission on Tuesday, 13th June 2023 while addressing some students caught roaming during school hours in his jurisdiction in the Command's ongoing Operation-Stay-in-School" (OSiS).The said students were subsequently escorted back to their school where they handed over to their school authorities.  The State Commander of Man O' War in Oyo State, Alh. Yekeen Lukman wishes to congratulate Alh. Akeem Azeez on his appointment as Personal Assistant to the Governor of Oyo State. Alh. Akeem Azeez He described Alh. Akeem as articulate, pragmatic and dynamic and who is representing the youth very well in governance. He prayed that God Almighty grant Alh. Akeem wisdom, knowledge and understanding so that he will continue to be a good example for youths in Oyo State in particular and in Nigeria in general.

The executive Chairman of Ibadan North Local Government Area of Oyo State, Hon. Shuaib Oladayo (Agba Egbe), has been decorated as a Chief War Marshal of Man O' War Nigeria,  Oyo State Command. The ceremony was held today 23rd May 2023 in his office at Ibadan North LGA Headquarters, Agodi, Ibadan. During the occasion, the State Commander, Alh. Yekeen Lukman congratulated the newest decorated Chief War Marshal  and thanked him for his acceptance. Hon. Oladayo will be the first to be decorated among the 33 local government chairmen in Oyo State. The decoration was witnessed by the Regional Commander, ANC Ayoade Adeoye, local government top functionaries and the entourage of the State Commander.
