INAUGURATION AND DECORATION OF OYO STATE COMMAND NEW EXECUTIVE MEMBERS YIELDS A REMARKABLE SUCCESS
Man O' War Nigeria, Headquarters,Abuja under the Citizenship and Leadership Training Centre(C<C) has witness a wonderful and several undeletable achievement so far in terms of tremendous growth and development as a whole
About a decade ago this Organisation has put on a new garment by dynamically changed their mode of Operandi .This has been with ness in many ramifications .For Instance, besides the New Code Of Conduct(Constitution) which later becomes Reversed Edition 2022 and this was also lunched and distributed for sale at National Camp hosted by Oyo State Command i.e during Commander Akingbade Abidemi Led Administration. This Code of Conduct has been used as a key TEMPLATE to run all activities of Man O' War Nigeria. It has cater for many innovative activities among them are the following:
1.Central membership application
2.Central appointment of Officers into various Offices.
3.Central Promotion and Ranking System.
4.Central production, procurement and distribution of Man O' War materials.
5.Central auditing,transparency and accountability .
6.Central Issuance of membership identification cards among others.
In short, this new Modus Operandi has been felt and put into use since 2013 till now. While the old system of selection into various offices is only through the elections but now the appointment is now subjected to screening and examination excercise and which has been strictly monitored, supervised, assessed and evaluated before official release of final results. Most of C<C branches have been saddled with this responsibility at their region throughout the nation.
However, the Inauguration and Decoration Ceremony takes a new dimension in Oyo State Command. It was conducted in a beautiful place, very condusive and serene environment. The eyewitnesses from various Paramilitary agencies,(Nigerian Police,Nigerian Immigration service NSCDC,Amotekun); ,Press and media team, representatives from the Oyo State Agency for Youth Development as well as the C<C representative also attested to this colourful programme.
The South-West Regional Commander, ANC Adeoye Ayoade also affirmed and commends this assertion during his keynote address. According to him, said that Oyo State Command has set the pace. This is a remarkable success in the history of Oyo State Command. It was not just automatically achieved, but it was through the effort of active and proactive officers put in place to perform that given tasks. All Heads of Assignment,Constituted Committees, as well as programme co-ordinators were up to task both tactically and logistically. Infact,it was highly commendable.
Though, every thing is not only money but at times what you receives through mutual understanding and divine connection usually valuable than just monetary term. The Oyo State Government supported the program via the use of a befitting venue, Lekan Salami Stadium at Adamasingba Ibadan and other logistical assistance. The Awardees with extension of State War Marshal forum also make a great impact towards the success of this programme .Also the Association of Media/Press Agencies has professionally saturated the cloud through their various social media for the prompt and accurate dissemination of information to appropriate quarters which make it for easy accessibility to people either within or in diasporas.
Conclusively it has been obviously conceptualized that only positive mindset people can set the pace and also build a formitable nation where peace and justice shall reign. On this note ,for actualization of purpose driven ,it always requires an intellectual person, who is very articulated, committed, disciplined and visionary leader.i.e by implication leadership and followership must be authoritatively channeled, tailored, and well structured for effective sustainability of our dear nation.
