MAN O' WAR OYO STATE COMMAND ENGAGE IN COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT SERVICE

The Oyo State Command of Man O' War Nigeria today, 7th May 2022, engaged her officers in a community development service to enhance the free flow of traffic within the State.

Today's community development exercise is an approach towards rendering selfless services to the community, with the aim of complementing the State Government with a view of achieving a safe environment and smooth road for vehicular navigation. 

This is in line with the code of conduct of the organization and as directed by the State Commander, Alhaji Yekeen Lukman in a statement issued on Saturday 30th April, 2022 while addressing some Area Commanders that their immediate community must feel their impact, otherwise, there will be no basis for their existence in such Community.

The organisation has engaged its officers from the Ibadan North-West Local Government Area of the state in a community development service, assisting in filling of some potholes on the road within Eleyele area.

In a report received from the Area Commander of Ibadan North-West Local Government, Supt. Oladogbon, he stated that the exercise is expected to continue. He noted that even though Man O' War, Nigeria is a voluntary organization, they are keen to support the Oyo State Government by contributing their own quota to the growth and development of the State.

PAD UP: MAN O' WAR OYO STATE COMMAND (FEMALE UNIT) CELEBRATES MENSTRUAL HYGIENE DAY 2022 Menstrual Hygiene Day takes place on 28 May every year. It's a chance to highlight the importance of menstrual care, and raise awareness about the issues faced by those who don't have access to sanitary products. Voluntary organisations, Nonprofits government agencies, the private sector, the media, and individuals come together to celebrate Menstrual Hygiene Day and advocate for the importance of good menstrual hygiene management.
