NEWS: OFFICERS OF THE OYO STATE COMMAND MAN O WAR NIGERIA COLLABORATES WITH TRAFFIC CONTROL AGENCIES
Yesterday, the 30th day of April 2022, officers and men of Man O' War Nigeria within the 33 local governments in the State were seen controlling traffic at major roads within Oyo State.
This is coming after the State Commander, Cmdr Yekeen Lukman, deployed a 5000 men all over the state to help with t
he smooth running of traffic in order to enhance a traffic free Eid-el-Fitr celebration.
Places where this efforts came in handy included the Challenge, Apata, Mokola, Iwo Road Under Bridge, Oja-Oba axis in Iseyin and Oyo towns as officers of the command were able to avert a potential gridlock within these areas.
In a report received from the spokesperson of the State Commander; the exercise is expected to continue until the end of the festivities.
He noted that Even though Man O War, Nigeria is a voluntary organization, they are keen to support the Oyo State Government by contributing their own quota to the growth and development of the State.
